Are your items new?

No, most of our products are genuine vintage items dating from approximately the 1940s–1980s. Unless specifically stated otherwise, items are not deadstock, mint condition, or brand new.

Vintage items naturally show signs of age, wear, fading, repairs, or previous use, which are considered part of their character and authenticity.

 

How do I know the condition of an item?

Every product listing includes detailed photographs, written descriptions, measurements, and condition notes where necessary.

If an item is in exceptional condition such as deadstock or mint condition,
this will always be clearly stated in the product description.

 

Can I return an item because of vintage wear
or condition?

No. By purchasing vintage items, you acknowledge and accept their condition as described and shown in the listing.

Returns based on normal vintage wear, ageing, fading, fabric texture, fit expectations, colour differences, or subjective expectations will not be accepted.

 

What if I am unsure about sizing or measurements?

Please carefully review all measurements provided in the product description before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the original description.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with normal vintage characteristics.

 

How long do I have to request a return?

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

 

What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must have original tags attached and untouched, be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition received.

Items with removed tags, odours, stains, damage, or signs of wear may be refused.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or the wrong item was sent.

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Do you offer refunds on shipping costs?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required.

 

What happens if I refuse delivery or provide the wrong address?

If an order is refused, uncollected, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and handling costs from the refund amount.

 

Can colours look different in person?

Yes. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric age.

Minor colour variation is not considered a fault.
