Shipping Policy
Dispatch & Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers We ship using the following carriers:
- Royal Mail — standard and tracked domestic services
- Evri — tracked domestic delivery
- InPost — parcel locker delivery across the UK
Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK Standard: 2–5 business days
- UK Tracked: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary by location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the selected service.
RIS Travel Cases — Special Shipping Terms
RIS Travel Cases are bespoke, made-to-order products and are subject to separate shipping arrangements.
Customised RIS Travel Cases
Customised RIS Travel Cases are fulfilled and shipped by Revive In Style via Parcelforce or InPost (where available). As these are personalised, bespoke products, production and shipping timelines will be individually agreed with the customer following confirmation of the personalised order. No fixed dispatch timeframe applies.
Alcohol Components Any alcohol included as part of a RIS Travel Case is fulfilled and shipped separately by our partner In The Welsh Wind in accordance with their own shipping terms and applicable regulations.
Returns Shipping
Returns are accepted via InPost parcel lockers only. Please ensure your return is dropped off at an InPost location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent. Full details are available in our Return Policy.
Please note: Customised RIS Travel Cases and alcohol components are non-returnable unless faulty or significantly different from what was agreed at the time of order.
