A late 1960s Elvi Couture blazer showcasing the sharp tailoring that defined the mod movement. Constructed in early Trevira polyester — a pioneering synthetic fabric gaining prominence at the decade's end — this cropped, boxy jacket features contrast topstitching and double-breasted gold buttons with distinctly nautical styling. Clean lines, graphic detailing, navy colourway. Excellent vintage condition.
How to Style?
The nautical gold buttons and navy Trevira give you a clear direction — follow it. White slim trousers or a white shift dress underneath, white low-heeled shoes or pointed flats. Hair neatly back or in a sharp fringe to show the double-breasted front at its best.
Or over dark slim jeans and a white shirt for a more relaxed take — the cropped boxy cut works with high-waisted everything. The gold buttons do the dressing for you.
